How to delete pages from a PDF

    Choose your PDF

    Select the document from your device.

    Select pages to remove

    Pick Odd pages, Even pages or Custom range and type pages such as 2, 5-7.

  3. 03

    Remove and download

    The new file keeps every other page in its original order and is saved with -pages-removed in its name.

Good to know

  • A PDF must contain at least one page, so removing every page is refused.
  • Page numbers that do not exist in the document are reported as an error, not skipped.
  • The remaining pages are not re-rendered, so their text and images are unchanged.
  • Removing pages does not compress the file, so the size does not always drop in proportion to the pages removed.

How do I remove blank pages from a scanned PDF?

Note the numbers of the blank pages in your PDF reader, choose Custom range and enter them, for example 3, 8, 12.

Can I remove every other page?

Yes. Choose Even pages to delete pages 2, 4, 6 and so on, or Odd pages to delete 1, 3, 5.

Can I see the pages before removing them?

This tool works with page numbers. If you want to see thumbnails and delete pages visually, open the PDF in Merge PDF, delete the pages there and save the result.
