Rotation is added to what a page already has
PDF pages store their own rotation. This tool adds your chosen angle to it, so a page that was already at 90° and is turned another 90° ends at 180°. Pages outside your selection keep their rotation exactly.
Only the rotation setting of each page changes. The page content is not redrawn, so text stays selectable and searchable and nothing is recompressed.

Frequently asked questions
Can I rotate just one page?
Yes. Set Page selection to Custom range and enter that page number, for example 4.
Is the rotation permanent?
The rotation is saved in the new PDF, so every reader shows the pages turned. Your original file is not changed.
Why do scanned pages appear sideways?
Scanners and phones often store the page unrotated and rely on a rotation flag that some apps ignore. Rotating the page here writes the rotation into the PDF itself.
Can I rotate pages while merging files?
Yes. The Merge PDF tool shows every page and lets you rotate individual pages before creating one combined file.
